Kyron welcomes good-faith security reports that help protect customer balances, account access, order execution, settlement, and platform integrity.

Report A Vulnerability

Email support@kyron.exchange with the subject line "Security report". Reports are read by the team directly; please allow up to 72 hours for an initial response. A dedicated security mailbox and disclosure program will replace this channel as the platform scales.

Include

• Affected surface or URL.
• Steps to reproduce.
• Expected and observed behavior.
• Security impact.
• Screenshots or logs with secrets and customer data redacted.

Rules

Keep testing within scoped assets and accounts you control. Stop immediately and report if you encounter customer data, private keys, secrets, or funds that do not belong to you.
